Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals that benefit both the client and the company
Manage existing accounts proactively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and market penetration
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client requirements
Experience
Proven success in outside sales or business development roles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Experience in account management, maintaining long-term client relationships
Knowledge of technology or technical sales environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
Excellent analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Fluency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with diverse client bases
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support
