Role Description
This is a full-time field-based role for a Tech Sales Representative - Health Tech, located in Ekkattuthangal or Tiruvottiyur, Chennai. This is not a desk job. Responsibilities include meeting IT heads in multi-speciality hospitals across Chennai (minimum 1 hospital per day), targeting 10+ hospital implementations per quarter, demonstrating solutions, building relationships, and driving new activations.
Qualifications
• Excellent networking skills to engage hospital decision-makers
• Tech-savvy Medical Representative or Tech Sales professional with hospital experience
• Must own a vehicle for daily local travel within Chennai
• Strong communication and presentation skills for field sales
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Experience in B2B health tech or medical sales preferred
Compensation
• Rs. 15,000/month base salary
• Rs. 50/day fuel allowance
• Rs. 1,000/month incentive per new hospital activation
