Sourcing: Identify eligible women entrepreneurs and form Joint Liability Groups (JLG) in rural areas.
Verification: Conduct mandatory house visits and KYC documentation for all prospective clients.
Training: Lead Compulsory Group Training (CGT) sessions to explain loan terms and responsibilities.
Collections: Conduct early morning Center Meetings to ensure 100% on-time repayment and portfolio quality.
