Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Promoter to increase brand awareness and drive product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote the company's products to customers at assigned locations.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Encourage customers to make purchases.
• Maintain product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Collect customer feedback and report market insights.
• Build positive relationships with customers and retailers.
• Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.
Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or promotion (FMCG experience preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality and customer-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
