The Job

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible to generate new home loan sales.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• You should have passion to generate numbers and earn unlimited incentives.
• Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
• Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

The Profile

Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Trade Finance Operations or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the the Financial Services Industry industry.
• Experience covering Financial Services, Banking and Real Estate will be plus point in hiring.
• You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
