Field Sales Executive - Solar- job post

About the Role:

Balaji Televentures is hiring energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell Tata Power Solar products across Jaipur and surrounding areas. This is a high-growth opportunity for candidates who enjoy outdoor sales and want to build a career in the booming solar energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential and commercial areas to generate leads and convert sales for solar panels and rooftop solar solutions

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain solar benefits to potential customers

- Collect customer details and coordinate with the installation team

- Maintain daily visit reports and update sales records

- Build relationships with local dealers, contractors, and housing societies

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (any stream)

- 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Must be comfortable with outdoor fieldwork on a daily basis

- Own a two-wheeler (preferred)

- Basic knowledge of solar energy is an advantage but not mandatory
