The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive customer engagement, daily site visits, and active presence at assigned retail locations. By organizing regular shop meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the sales representative will play a critical role in expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.
