Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of sales and marketing representatives across cities and ensuring achievement of KPIs and Organisational Goals.
• Develop and grow a team of future leaders.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies.
• Enable the team to work proactively and creatively to solve daytoday challenges and come up with longterm strategies and ideas
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Conducting Competitor Analysis to keep updated with latest Marketing/consumer trends and strategies and stay ahead of the curve
• Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information, and strategies
• Managing production and performance of multimedia content
• Copywriting and Proofreading
• Tracking and Analysing Campaigns for optimum resource utilisation and increasing ROI
• Proficient in working with CRM, MS Office, and Google suite
• Conduct User Surveys and Consumer research to understand their needs and communicate results and suggestions to product and marketing teams
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various offline channels
• Set up meetings with potential clients and close sales, deals and strategic partnerships
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Qualifications and Requirements:
1-2 years of Experience of leading a team of sales and marketing representatives
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Management and other Business related fields
Willing to Travel across various cities if/when required
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to contribute individually and in a team environment
Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and sharp focus
Strong interpersonal and team skills

From ₹15,000.00 per month
