Field Officer (Legal & Recovery)

Job Description:

We are looking for active and dedicated Field Recovery Officers for managing Recovery Field Work, Legal Notice Serving, SARFAESI Possessions, and Recovery Execution operations in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Bank Notices and Recovery Letters to Defaulters.
Assist in SARFAESI Act Possession Actions with Police Support.
CMM/DM Order/RC Filing Work at Courts and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) Offices.
Daily Field Visits and Field CRM Reporting.
Handle Field Recovery Assignments End-to-End.
Coordinate with Company’s Legal and Recovery Team.
Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
2–5 years Field Recovery / Banking / NBFC Execution Work Experience.
Familiar with Bank Recovery Actions, Legal Field Operations.
Basic understanding of Police Liaison and Field Recovery Process.
Own Bike Preferred.
Mumbai Local Area Knowledge Required.
Salary & Benefits:

₹20,000 to ₹30,000/month + Recovery Performance Incentives
