Role Description The Field Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. In this role, you will plan and execute local marketing activities, including events, promotions, and campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support sales goals. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand regional needs, tailor field initiatives, and track performance against targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing field marketing calendars, coordinating with vendors and partners, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining accurate reporting on campaign results. You will also engage directly with prospects and customers during field activities, gather market insights, and provide feedback to help refine Hindsol’s overall marketing and sales strategy.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Market Planning and Field Marketing, with experience designing and executing local or regional campaigns.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation, including driving footfall, capturing prospect data, and nurturing leads in collaboration with sales teams.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
