Role Overview
We are hiring a confident and energetic Field Marketing Representative to promote our immigration services, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with local businesses and institutions.
The selected candidate will regularly visit colleges, universities, coaching institutes, language training centers, travel agencies, education consultants, recruitment firms, corporate offices, and other potential referral partners.
This is not a desk-based digital marketing position. The role requires daily field visits, direct interaction with potential clients and partners, follow-ups, presentations, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit colleges, coaching institutes, training centers, travel agencies, recruitment firms, corporate offices, and local businesses.
• Promote Vectra Foreign Services and explain the company’s immigration and overseas education services.
• Generate leads for student visas, work visas, permanent residency, visitor visas, business visas, and other immigration services.
• Identify and approach potential referral partners and business associates.
• Conduct local market research and identify areas with strong demand for immigration services.
• Distribute brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
• Organize and support seminars, counselling sessions, promotional events, and awareness campaigns.
• Collect contact details and requirements of interested candidates and partners.
• Coordinate with immigration counsellors to schedule consultations and follow-ups.
• Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with colleges, institutes, agents, consultants, and corporate partners.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, events, and field visits.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and partnership targets.
• Provide regular market feedback regarding competitors, customer concerns, pricing expectations, and service demand.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, Communication, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with field marketing or sales experience may apply.
• Experience in immigration, overseas education, travel, education, insurance, banking, real estate, recruitment, or financial services will be preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to speak confidently with students, parents, business owners, and institutional representatives.
• Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Ahmedabad and nearby locations.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
• Good command of Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Preferred Skills
• Field sales and direct marketing experience.
• Local market knowledge and professional contacts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle objections and explain services clearly.
• Experience arranging meetings, seminars, events, or promotional activities.
