Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives who are willing to work in the field across assigned locations. The primary responsibility is to represent the Foundation, promote its educational programs, interact with students, parents, schools, coaching centers, and the public, and generate genuine student leads.
This role requires extensive field movement. Daily work locations and assignments will be provided by the office or reporting manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Outreach
Visit assigned schools, colleges, coaching centers, markets, villages, towns, and public locations.
Meet students and parents to introduce the Foundation's educational programs.
Explain available courses, scholarship opportunities, admission process, and career guidance programs.
Encourage eligible students to register for examinations, seminars, workshops, or counseling sessions.
Lead Generation
Generate quality student leads through direct interaction.
Collect complete and accurate student information.
Maintain records of all generated leads.
Ensure that every lead is genuine and properly verified.
Marketing Activities
Conduct educational awareness campaigns.
Participate in road shows, education fairs, school campaigns, and promotional events.
Distribute brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
Build relationships with schools, local influencers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
Field Operations
Visit locations assigned by the office.
Follow daily route plans and reporting schedules.
Share live location or attendance as required by the organization.
Submit daily field reports and activity updates.
Brand Representation
Maintain professional behavior while representing the Foundation.
Communicate politely and effectively with students, parents, school authorities, and the public.
Protect and enhance the organization's reputation.
Data Collection & Reporting
Record field activities accurately.
Update lead status in the assigned CRM or reporting system.
Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports.
Provide market feedback, competitor information, and suggestions for improvement.
Coordination
Coordinate with the counseling, admissions, and marketing teams.
Support educational events, examinations, seminars, and admission campaigns.
Assist management in executing special marketing projects whenever assigned.
Daily Duties
Visit assigned field locations.
Meet prospective students and parents.
Generate new student leads.
Promote educational programs.
Conduct awareness campaigns.
Submit daily reports.
Update lead status.
Coordinate with office staff.
Follow management instructions.
Maintain professional conduct at all times.

Ability to achieve assigned targets.
Must own or be able to use a smartphone for reporting.
Ability to work on weekends or during promotional events when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
