Field force sales engagement and promotion is a strategic role and expect to support the goals for the business of field force management, the profile can support online and offline engagement and effectively utilize large manpower count for sales promotion and helps to achieve these outcomes and drive value to the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and support the promoter digital engagement strategy
· Larger file force manpower utilization and its policies for productive engagement online and offline both
· Improving and monitoring field force sales staff productivity basis on NPL
· Working on innovative ideas like social media to use promoter for sales lead generation and closure
· Create and support on promoter loyalty program to enhance sales from regular and alternate channel
· Suggesting and support on effective cost management strategy for promoter digital engagement
· Managing satisfaction level of the staffs and prepare an improvement plan on offline and online engagement and its output
Experience and Qualification:
· Minimum 2 years' of experience in Digital marketing and Sales promotion
