Job Description
Dhani Loans and Services is hiring Collection Officers in Jaipur. This role involves field-based work in collection and recovery management for personal loans. Candidates interested in BFSI jobs and willing to work in field collections are encouraged to apply.
Position: Collection Officer - After Lead
Department: Collection and Recovery Management
Product: Personal Loan
Work Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Nearby areas assigned as available)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage assigned debt collections as per company policies.
• Track and collect overdue payments within the assigned Jaipur territory.
• Conduct regular branch visits to monitor daily collections.
• Maintain daily collection dashboards and report to senior management.
• Address and resolve client issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Effectively handle customer/merchant complaints.
Qualifications
• Experience: 0-3 years in collections, preferably with consumer, small business, or gold loans.
• Education: Minimum of Graduation in any field (Postgraduates are welcome).
• Local Knowledge: Native or local to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
Skills and Competencies
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, and English.
• Knowledge of the collection process and the Jaipur, Rajasthan road network.
• Strong command of authority combined with humility and sincerity.
• High enthusiasm, diligence, and commitment for long-term work.
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
• Professional approach to customer interactions.
• Awareness of Collection Code of Conduct and local geography.
• Possession of a personal vehicle.
