Job Description
o assist ASM to driving business & ensure desired depth and width of coverage. Increase the Market share & ROI for all stake holder.
Manage the Sales & DistributionIdentify, recruit and on-board team, financially strong reliable Super Stockiest, Distributors resulting indeeper market penetration and reach.
Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details.
Effective planning of promotion & brand level width & depth Distribution
Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.
Manage ATL & BTL and marketing activities to generate trails and revenue.
Review the operational performance of the distributors.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
Arrange and address sales and Distributor conferences.
Keep close watch on developments in competitor activities.
Execution of companies strategies in the market.
Visibility and availability in every store.
Team Management:
Plan and assign goals and tasks to the salesman team.
Train, motivate and guide the sales man team.
Evaluate performance at salesman level, guide and coach them with OJT..
Proper beat structuring and ensuring timely supplies in the market.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
