Job Summary:

Indus University is seeking a responsible and compassionate Female Hostel Warden to manage and supervise the women’s hostel. The role ensures a safe, disciplined, and supportive residential environment for students while maintaining hostel rules and welfare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety, security, and well-being of female hostel residents
• Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and discipline
• Maintain attendance, entry–exit records, and visitor management
• Address student grievances and provide pastoral care
• Coordinate with university administration, security, and medical teams
• Supervise housekeeping, mess, and maintenance staff
• Handle emergencies and ensure timely reporting
• Conduct regular inspections of hostel premises
• Support student activities and promote a positive living environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
