We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a tellecaller! As a tellecaller, you will be responsible for:

Reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and generate sales.
Stay updated and have a deep understanding of gemstones being sold, including their characteristics, quality, and pricing.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and customization options.
Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and convincing customers.
Keeping records of sales and customer interactions.
Growing sales and building long term customer relationships by using excellent communication skills.
Qualification:

Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
