Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated Female Telecaller to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for an internship. Ideal candidates should have 0 to 1 year of work experience and are open to freshers. This role demands excellent communication, attention to detail, and sales skills.

Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) - clear and effective verbal communication with clients.
Attention to detail (Mandatory skill) - meticulous in keeping records and following processes.

Roles And Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the companys services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into clients through compelling communication.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Provide feedback to the team to improve service offerings and processes.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand new service offerings and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the companys services to effectively sell to clients.
