We are hiring a Female Telecaller from E-com Background for a leading Company.

Job Description:

We are searching for an engaged telecaller from E-com Background to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. To this end, the telecaller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information, and to source data for additional members of the target audience.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads from B2B & B2C and Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

Cooperate with team leaders and understand the need to raise the volume of sales.

Create and Distribute Marketing content about various product offerings

Manage end-to-end communication with leads and customers - responding to online queries, emails, sample deliveries, etc

Take responsibility for Sales Closure

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.

Job Requirements:

1) Good Conversational Skills.

2) Good knowledge of Computers, especially MS Word & Spreadsheets

3) Well-versed with Ecommerce

4) Proven experience in telecalling

Experience – 2 to 3 years

Location – Navy Mumbai

Salary – 25k to 30k
