Job Description
We’re Hiring: Female Support Coordinator Vision Disability Services
Vision Disability Services is looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
Location: Mawson Lakes, South Australia (On-site)
Pay Rate: $38 – $45 AUD per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage participant supports in line with NDIS plans
Work closely with participants, families, and service providers
Develop and implement tailored support strategies
Monitor progress and ensure quality service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as a Support Coordinator (NDIS preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively
Understanding of NDIS guidelines and processes
A genuine passion for supporting individuals
