A shadow teacher is an educational assistant who works directly with a single special needs child during his Preschool & Primary School. A shadow teacher allows the child to attend a mainstream class while receiving the extra attention that he needs. Roles and Responsibilities of Shadow Teacher’s: - Accompanying the Child Throughout The School Day To Provide Support And Stability - Help The Child Understand And Display Appropriate Behaviour In The Classroom - Supporting And Providing Guidance For Carrying Out Daily Academic Activities At School - Provide Individual Support to the child throughout the School Hours. - Help The Child Become Responsible Thus Fostering Independence And Encourage Learning. Working Hours & Salary ; Part Time ; 4 Hours - Rs. +000 per month. Full Time ; 7 Hours ; Rs. 12000 per month. 5 days working. Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.
