Roles & Responsibility :
Greet and welcome vistors as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Experience : 0 to 2 years as receptionist
Requirement : Any Graduate , Fluent in English Speaking, Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
