Job Summary
Female nurse required for one of the leading Woman & Child Care Hospital in Suburban Mumbai. We are looking for a nurse who is warm, smart and experienced in managing nursing duties and patients. We have a panel of highly competent and humble doctors and staff, we are looking to onboard someone who fits into our organization culture.
Accountable to: Resident and Consulting Doctors.
Salary Range : +,000 to 20,000
Personal Qualities : PUNCTUAL, WARM & DEDICATED TO PATIENTS AND INSTITUTE, ALWAYS AVAILABLE.
Working Conditions: FULL TIME position with Rotational off.
- Mutually supportive friendly working environment
- Most of our staff love working with us and have been with us for really long (We are looking for someone who is also looking for a long term association)
- Punctually available in hospital during assigned hours.
- Available on call during Emergencies. Emergencies and phone calls promptly responded to.
- Should be available in hospital whenever required.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Duties.
1. Clinical Skills, Bedside Manner, Infection Control, Nursing Skills, Physiological Knowledge, Administering Medication, Medical Teamwork, Multi-tasking, Listening, Verbal Communication, Health Promotion and Maintenance
2. Individualized assessment to be made as per immediate needs of the patient.
3. Being the face of the hospital services, warmly handling all patient’s needs and assisting them with any query they may have
4. Assist doctors in all medical procedures, deliveries, emergencies and surgeries
5. Performing basis diagnosis and recording of patient’s condition
6. Assisting doctors with planning their visit schedule and helping them make the diagnosis plan
7. Ongoing assessment is then established to keep tabs on the patient's condition and execute any changes in treatment based on doctor’s directions.
8. Advising patients and family members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention
+. Monitoring patient’s condition and make regular reports for the doctor
10. Following doctor instructions and performs treatments and therapies for the patient.
11. Giving the patient all necessary medication.
12. In case of any emergencies, nursing any emergency protocol until the consulting doctor takes over
13. Appropriately managing all records of the patient as per rules so that patient’s information can be passed on the next shift of doctors/nurse
14. Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods
15. Taking complete ownership of managing patients based on their medical needs
16. Taking proper rounds giving due time to each patient, and adequate no. of rounds depending upon patient’s condition
17. Staff Training.
18. P repare government and organizational reports on birth, death, and disease statistics, workforce evaluations, or the medical status of individuals

Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications: GNM/Bsc
Professional Experience:
- 3-15 YEARS as nurse in a midsize to large hospital
- Should be able to independently run & operate medical devices and understands recording protocols
- Should have a basic knowledge of operating computer
- Housing is provided
