Job Description
OFFICE COORDINATOR
Role and responsibilities
1) Take round of all the classes to observe the proceedings at least once a day.
2) Assist the Principal and take over the role of Principal in the event of their absence from the school. Also, assist Principal in maintaining other records.
3) Observe the classrooms keenly making note of the ambience and class management.
4) Toilets are cleaned at least two times a day and support staff has all the required cleaning stuff. Maids are taking proper care of younger kids whenever the kid is using toilet.
5) The teachers are taking proper care of small kids during the lunch time.
6) There are no open electric wires in the class room or any other area. All the wires are properly covered and out of kids reach.
