• Maintains accurate records and enters data
• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and
ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining administration and operation records.
• Assisting and coordinating with the office team.
• Light accounting duties
• Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
• Interacts with clients, visitors, and vendors
• Assisting with inventory management.
• Maintaining all the Online stores regarding the inventory and orders.
• Processing company purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and bills.
• Assisting and supporting management.
