Job Description
The successful applicant will work as an Associate or Research Associate to provide high-level legal and administrative support to a busy judge. Key responsibilities include:
Providing legal support to the judge, including communication with solicitors, counsel, and litigants.
Undertaking specific legal tasks, such as proofreading draft judgments and providing in-court support.
Supporting the judge when working interstate, including travel as appropriate, and communicating with other chambers, registry, and court staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:
A law degree (completed by January 2026).
A strong record of academic achievement.
A high level of organisation and administrative efficiency.
Exceptional research and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
