Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Steward, based in Noida. The F&B Steward will be responsible for ensuring seamless food and beverage service, welcoming and assisting guests, setting up dining areas, and addressing customer needs promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to service standards, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Food & Beverage knowledge, with expertise in coordinating food & beverage services.
• Experience in Food Service operations, including table setup, dining etiquette, and cleanliness protocols.
• Training skills to guide team members and maintain operational standards.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a composed and efficient approach.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or F&B are advantageous.
