About The Connect Klub
The Connect Klub is a growing community for restaurant, café, and F&B founders. Our goal is to create a space where founders and industry leaders can connect, exchange insights, and build stronger businesses together.
Through curated meetups, conversations, and industry events, we are building a strong network within the F&B ecosystem across major cities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager based in Mumbai who will be responsible for managing relationships within the community, organizing events and meetups, and ensuring a great experience for members.
This role requires someone who enjoys bringing people together, managing events, and building meaningful professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and organize community events such as meetups, workshops, and industry discussions
• Manage communication with community members and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, speakers, registrations, and guest experience
• Work with partners and sponsors to support community events and initiatives
• Identify and onboard relevant industry partners and collaborators
• Engage with founders and ensure active participation within the community
• Moderate and manage community groups (WhatsApp or other platforms)
• Support the growth of the community by identifying new potential members
• Represent The Connect Klub at events and industry gatherings
• Assist with planning new initiatives and programs for the community
• Collect feedback from members and help improve the community experience
Requirements
• 1–3 years experience in community management, events, partnerships, or relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and hosting events
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events smoothly
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Passion for hospitality, startups, or community building is a plus

Compensation
Salary based on experience.
