• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
• Thank and bid farewell to guests while conveying anticipation for their next visit.
• Assist with table reservations and seating arrangements.
• Serve food courses and beverages to guests efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc. throughout the shift.
• Record transactions/orders in Point of Sales systems accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Anticipate and react promptly to unexpected guest needs.
