Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Full-Time Video Editor to join our team in Chattarpur. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-impact, aesthetically stunning videos tailored for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok/YouTube Shorts) and paid advertising campaigns (Meta & Google Ads).
You understand that in fashion marketing, a video needs to look beautiful and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Editing: Trim, sequence, and edit raw footage into highly engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Ad creatives, brand lookbooks, and behind-the-scenes content).
• Aesthetic & Trend Alignment: Stay on top of viral audio trends, fast-paced transitions, and visual styles specific to the fashion and lifestyle digital space.
• Motion Graphics & Effects: Incorporate slick typography, color grading, sound design, and smooth transitions that match luxury and premium brand identities.
• Performance Optimization: Create multiple hook variations and iterations of video ads to assist our performance marketing team in A/B testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and campaign strategists to execute the creative vision smoothly.
Key Requirements & Skills
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with an agency, D2C fashion brand, or lifestyle media house.
• Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro. Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, VN) for quick-turnaround Reels is a huge plus.
• Eye for Detail: Strong understanding of color correction/grading, rhythm, pacing, and audio-to-video syncing.
• Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in fashion, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video editing work (specifically short-form social media or commercial ad work) is mandatory.
Job Details & Compensation
• Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Only
• Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi (Landmark: Near Tivoli Garden)
• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and portfolio)
