Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Conduct detailed consultations to understand clients" fashion preferences, needs, and occasions.
Provide expert fashion advice and styling tips to clients.
Sales and Customer Service:
Assist clients in selecting and coordinating outfits from the designer label's collection.
Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and the designer labels collections.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of fabrics, styles, fits, and care instructions.
Educate clients about the features and benefits of the products.
Personal Styling:
Create personalized look-books and style guides for clients.
Offer wardrobe planning and outfit coordination services.
Provide alterations and customization recommendations.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain a client database and manage appointment schedules.
Store Presentation:
Ensure the store is tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in arranging displays and merchandising according to the brands standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for replenishments.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Provide feedback to the management on client preferences and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion design, merchandising, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion consulting, retail sales, or personal styling.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of fashion trends and designer collections.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Detail-oriented with a keen sense of style.
Proficiency in using retail POS systems and client management software.
