Job Description
We are looking for a confident and stylish Fashion Consultant to join our premium retail team. You will be responsible for providing personalized styling advice, building customer loyalty, and ensuring a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Styling: Assist customers in selecting outfits that suit their body type, occasion, and personal taste.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our premium brands, fabric types, and current fashion trends.
Sales Excellence: Meet sales targets by suggestive selling and building complete "looks" for clients.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the store’s premium aesthetic through organized displays.
Clienteling: Follow up with regular customers regarding new arrivals and exclusive offers.
Experience: 1–3 years in high-end apparel retail.
Communication: Fluency in Malayalam and English is preferred.
Attributes: High energy, groomed appearance, and a "customer-first" attitud
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
