Fashion Production and Design Specialist

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in production and design within the fashion industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring production quality, and collaborating with various teams to bring our designs to life.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product.• Develop and create innovative designs for women’s wear collections.• Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.• Conduct market research to identify trends, fabrics, and techniques.• Maintain detailed documentation of designs, patterns, and production processes.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. Education from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or similar institutions is a plus.• At least 2 years of experience in production and design, specifically in women’s wear.• Strong technical skills in pattern making, sewing, and garment construction.• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for fashion and design.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
