Poofly by Riya is a growing fashion brand focused on contemporary women's wear. We're building something from the ground up, and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals who want real, hands-on experience in the fashion industry, not just busywork.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fashion brand from an early stage. You'll work directly with the founder and get exposure to how a fashion label is actually built from product development to marketing to customer engagement. Ideal for students, aspiring designers, marketers, or anyone looking to break into the fashion industry and build a strong portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day brand operations and project coordination
• Research fashion trends, competitors, and target audience insights
• Assist with product styling, photoshoots, or catalog organization
• Support customer engagement and community-building efforts
• Contribute ideas for brand growth and creative direction
What We're Looking For
• A genuine interest in fashion, branding, or entrepreneurship
• good knowledge of how cloth is stitched, and get ready for final use.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, or basic editing apps (a plus, not required)
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Prior experience is a bonus but not required we value enthusiasm and reliability
