About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Footwear Design Intern to support our product development process. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on design experience in the fashion and footwear industry.
• Develop new footwear concepts across categories like sneakers and leather shoes.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and material/color direction.
• Prepare and update tech packs for sampling and production.
• Conduct trend, material, and construction research.
• Collaborate with the founder and external partners to iterate on designs and prototypes.
• Maintain organized design files and references.
