Eileen Fisher Inc is seeking an experienced and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and help create stylish and timeless pieces for our customers. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to translate them into high-end designs that are both modern and timeless. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of textile and apparel production and be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that Eileen Fisher’s high standards of quality and style are met. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry, and an excellent grasp of current fashion trends. Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with tight deadlines. A passion for the fashion industry and an entrepreneurial spirit are also highly desired. Responsibilities:

• Design fashionable and timeless apparel pieces that meet Eileen Fisher’s high standards and quality

• Research and analyze current fashion trends to create unique designs

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure production timelines are met

• Utilize problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges

• Maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the fashion industry

• Develop sketches and prototypes of designs to present to senior team members

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve designs
