As a fashion-forward company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to drive the development of our product lines.



Responsibilities:

Develop new collections of women's nightwear and hosiery by analyzing current trends and forecasting future directions.
Conduct research to identify emerging patterns and styles that will shape our upcoming collections.
Create detailed sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new designs, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
Select fabrics, embellishments, color palettes, and materials for each design, considering aesthetics and functionality.
Review and approve final samples before production, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop compelling product presentations that showcase our designs in the best possible light.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in women's nightwear or related categories.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and illustrating your creative process.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and materials.
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
