Full-Time Fashion Designer (Western Wear) at SeamsFriendly Salary ₹22-28K/month
Location: Jaipur

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of garments aligned with the brand’s aesthetic
Create and review technical specifications and production-ready designs
Oversee the Grading and sizing of garments
Manage the production team to ensure timely execution
Maintain quality standards for garment construction and finishing
Research and incorporate relevant fashion and design trends
Ensure accurate documentation and data management using Google Sheets
Fabric Sourcing and Management of Inventory Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of fashion design principles - in Woven Natural Fabrics
Knowledge of grading, garment construction, and finishing techniques
Ability to manage production workflows and deadlines
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficient in Google Sheets and digital documentation
Up-to-date with current fashion trends and consumer preferences
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with fabric handling, pattern-making, and prototyping is a plus A strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities
