BetterteamBetterteam +5Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesTrend Research & Conceptualization: Analyzing fashion trends, consumer needs, and market data to develop seasonal themes, mood boards, and new collection concepts.Design and Sketching: Sketching initial ideas by hand or using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, [CLO3D]) to create technical designs.Material Selection: Choosing fabrics, colors, patterns, and trims for products.Prototyping & Development: Creating tech packs (detailed specifications) and working with sample machinists to develop prototypes (samples).Production Oversight: Overseeing the production process, carrying out fit sessions, making adjustments, and ensuring quality standards are met.Collaboration: Working with design teams, manufacturers, buyers, and marketing staff.
