Position: Fashion Designer (Women’s Ethnic & Western Wear)

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Responsibilities:
• Women’s Ethnic Wear, Indo-Western & Western collection डिज़ाइन करना
• New market trends के अनुसार collections develop करना
• Fabric selection, trims, prints और color combinations finalize करना
• Sampling और production process को manage करना
• Tailors, pattern masters और production team के साथ coordination
• Quality checking और fitting approvals
• Seasonal collections (Festive, Wedding, Casual, Party Wear) develop करना
• Tech packs और production specifications तैयार करना

Required Skills:
• 3–4 साल का Fashion Designing एवं Production का अनुभव
• Women’s Wear (Suit Sets, Co-ord Sets, Dresses, Kurtis, Lehengas आदि) की अच्छी समझ
• Market trends और fabric knowledge
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CorelDRAW का बेसिक या अच्छा ज्ञान
• Production handling और team coordination का अनुभव
• Creative mindset और attention to detail

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month (Experience & Skills के अनुसार)
