What you’ll do
Role & responsibilities


Design and develop women's ethnic, Indo-Western, and contemporary apparel collections.
Assist customers with styling, outfit selection, fabric choices, and fashion consultations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique to ensure smooth functioning.


Preferred candidate profile



Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
15 years of experience in a fashion boutique, designer label, or apparel retail.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, and current fashion trends.
Experience in women's ethnic, Indo-Western, or contemporary fashion is preferred.
Excellent customer service, styling, and communication skills.
Ability to manage boutique operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
Experience coordinating with tailors, vendors, and production teams.
Sales-oriented with the ability to understand customer needs and drive conversions.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
