Responsibilities
Design and develop women’s wear styles aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and vision
Research and interpret current trends in silhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and fabrics
Create fresh design concepts that are both creative and commercially relevant
Work closely on sampling, fittings, and design corrections to achieve the desired final product
Coordinate with tailors, merchandisers, and production teams for smooth execution
Manage and guide the tailoring team to ensure quality and timely output
Plan production timelines and oversee the production process
Ensure consistency in fit, finishing, and overall garment quality
Handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced work setting
Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in women’s wear design
Preferably worked with a fashion label or established brand
Strong understanding of silhouettes, colors, prints, patterns, and current fashion trends
