Fashion Designer (Bhainslana)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Jaipur. The Fashion Designer will conceptualize and develop current collections aligned with Kasya.in's aesthetic of seasonless, classic fashion. Day-to-day responsibilities include sketching designs, selecting fabrics and trims, coordinating embroidery and surface embellishments, and ensuring proper fit through sample development and fittings. The role also involves collaborating with pattern makers and production teams, translating design ideas into ready-to-wear garments within quality and timeline requirements. The Fashion Designer will stay updated on textile innovations and relevant fashion trends while maintaining the brand's signature style and standards. Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion concept development. - Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Embroidery and decorative detailing. - Candidates should possess knowledge of Textiles, fabric properties, and material selection. - Candidates should possess expertise in garment Fitting, drape, and construction basics. - Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field. - Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to work within brand guidelines. - Prior experience in women's apparel or contemporary ethnic/fusion wear is an advantage. - Ability to multi task and follow deadlines
