Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee garment production from start to finish.
2. Design and develop new garment samples.
3. Experiment with various surface embellishment techniques, including embroidery, appliqu , and handwork.
4. Work closely with the production team to maintain quality and timelines.
5. Innovate and experiment with fabrics and embellishments to create unique products.
