About the Role We're offering a hands-on internship for a fashion design student or fresh graduate to gain real-world experience across the design-to-production lifecycle in a fast-paced apparel business. You'll get exposure to trend research, design development, and cross-functional teams supporting some of India's leading fashion brands. Key Responsibilities Assist in trend research, mood board creation, and concept development for upcoming seasons Support senior designers in preparing tech packs, CADs, and spec sheets Help coordinate fabric and trim sourcing with suppliers Assist with sample tracking and fit session documentation Organize and maintain the design library (fabrics, trims, references) Provide general design support across ongoing brand projects Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop; CAD knowledge is a plus Robust eye for detail, trends, and aesthetics Willingness to learn and take on hands-on tasks in a fast-moving environment Good communication and organizational skills What You'll Gain Direct exposure to end-to-end design development for established apparel brands Mentorship from experienced designers and merchandisers Certificate of completion and potential for a full-time offer based on performance
