Job Description

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create vector artwork, custom typography, and graphic layouts for T-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel using Adobe Illustrator.

2. Develop realistic digital product mockups in Adobe Photoshop to visualize colorways, print placements, and product designs.

3. Prepare production-ready tech packs with detailed measurements, specifications, and manufacturing guidelines.

4. Define accurate placement specifications for screen prints, embroidery, puff prints, and other embellishments.

5. Coordinate and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners in Tiruppur.

6. Oversee the production process, quality assurance, and shipment of finished products.

7. Travel to Tiruppur when required to coordinate with manufacturers and monitor production activities.

8. Take ownership of the product development process from design approval through final delivery.

• can work from 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Greenwich Mean Time)
• can start the work from home job/internship between 7th Jul'26 and 11th Aug'26
• are available for duration of 3 months
• have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month

Skills required:
CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Figma

Other Requirements:
• 1. Pursuing or have completed a degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 2. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating vector artwork, typography, and apparel graphics.
• 3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for creating realistic product mockups and visual presentations.
• 4. Experience in preparing production-ready tech packs, measurement charts, and garment specifications.
• 5. Knowledge of garment printing techniques, including screen printing, embroidery, and puff printing.
• 6. Understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• 7. Strong communication and relationship management skills to coordinate with manufacturing partners.
• 8. Ability to oversee production, quality assurance, and shipment processes.
• 9. Willingness to travel to Tiruppur whenever required.
• 10. Strong creativity, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from design to delivery.
• 11. Candidates looking for a long-term opportunity are preferred, as successful interns may be offered a full-time permanent position.
