Job Summary: We are seeking a Family Safety Advocate to join our team at the Nsw Department Of Communities And Justice. As a Family Safety Advocate, you will work closely with families to identify and address safety concerns, provide emotional support and guidance, and help them develop safe and loving homes.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases and situations, including working with high-needs and high-risk clients and their families, and participating in individual and group supervision. They will also be involved in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to build positive working relationships, and a valid driver's license. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is also highly desirable.
