Role Description The Junior Accountant role at Family Powersports is a full-time, on-site position located in San Angelo, TX
This role is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including, but not limited to, recording journal entries, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and maintaining the general ledger
The Junior Accountant will support daily, monthly, and year-end activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards
Day-to-day tasks include processing accounts payable and receivable, managing invoicing and payment tracking, and assisting with other accounting as needed
The role also involves collaborating with management to provide financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and responding to vendor and customer accounting inquiries

• Knowledge of basic tax principles, sales tax, and compliance with standard accounting practices (GAAP preferred).
