Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to deliver comprehensive primary care across all ages.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized care plans, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests.
• Provide preventive services, health education, and promote wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education activities.
Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing, an active FNP license in Texas, national certification, and relevant experience. Certifications such as ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS are preferred. This full-time, in-person role offers benefits like 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off, with a salary range of $110,000–$125,000 annually.
