Position: Family Law Solicitor
Salary: £40 000.00 - £50 000.00 (Commensurate with experience)
Work Model: Office-based

Responsibilities:
• Drafting legal documents such as petitions, motions, agreements, and orders.
• Developing a case strategy tailored to the client's goals and the specifics of their situation.
• Representing clients in family court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Engaging in settlement negotiations with the opposing party to reach amicable agreements.
• Facilitating mediation sessions to resolve disputes outside of court when possible.
• Managing issues related to child custody, visitation rights, and child support.
• Drafting and reviewing agreements made before or after marriage.
• Providing compassionate support to clients during emotionally challenging times.
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in family law.
• Proven track record of handling complex and high-value cases.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively on behalf of clients.
• Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional legal services and achieving successful outcomes for clients.
